
well. at least the rain didnt go on the whole day. i managed to train todae!. haha. did 6 rounds 60 sit ups and 50 push ups. haha. an increment of 10 sit ups from last training. hahaha. well im doing so much this better work. haha. tim gave me this website to build up muscles. www.animalpak.com. haha. dont know if it works. people go try ba. hahaha. my diet recently is all meat meat and more meat and beans maybe. haha. i dont know if it works. all sources of protein haha. im desperate to built muscles. haha. kinda sick of this life le. haha. even my drinks...
